RANK STRUCTURE
Phoenix-Battalion uses a detailed 15-tier ranking system to ensure clarity, progression, and leadership development.
Promotions are based on activity, contribution, and commitment to the group — not raw skill. From enlisted to high command,
your role within the battalion evolves with your effort.

ELIGIBILITY
- Squad Leader roles become available from mid-level officer rank and up
- Fireteam Leader roles unlock at junior officer ranks
- Training roles are reserved for higher officer tiers under SOP guidelines

WHAT WE OFFER
- Weekly Operations: Escort, bounty, recon, black ops
- Internal trainings with real progression

REQUIREMENTS
- Mic & Discord mandatory
- English comms (EU-based with global reach)
- Willing to follow SOPs and ranking structure
