💥 Who Are We?

Phoenix Battalion is a dedicated Arma Reforger milsim unit focused on realism, teamwork, and tactical precision. We combine military structure with a respectful and mature environment where cooperation is everything. Our Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) form the backbone of every mission, enforced and upheld by our Squad Leaders and Fireteam Leaders.

We participate in joint milsim operations with other units and occasionally organize our own PvP clan wars or take part in external events. From coordinated assaults to defensive strongholds – every scenario is driven by planning, discipline, and proper execution.

🧭 Unit Structure

Phoenix Battalion operates with a clear squad-based structure:

🔹 phoenix 1 – Line Infantry  
🔹 phoenix 2 – Fire Support  
🔹 Command Element – @[ΦX] Squadleader & @Fireteam-lead & @[EU] Milsim GM-master 
🔹 Specialist Roles – Medic, Sniper, Anti Tank, Engineer, Logistics, Drone operator, Heavy machine gunner,Pilot  

Our                                                                   is strictly followed to ensure consistent performance. Squad Leaders and Fireteam Leaders are responsible for preparing and guiding their teams both during training and live operations.

🕒 Weekly Schedule

🔹Milsim operations are happening 2 times a week
🔹Then we also have 1 training in the week
🔹And 1 pvp clanwar event once in the 2 weeks.

🧨 Who Are We Looking For?

We’re looking for motivated players who are:

- 16+ years old  
- Equipped with Arma Reforger + working mic  
- Able to communicate in English  
- Respectful of structure and team agreements  
- Willing to learn our S.O.P, commit, and improve together.

No prior milsim experience required – we’ll guide you through everything during onboarding.
